Default 1/5 scale racing

Boy wish i would have did some more research on this subject before jumping into the 1/5 scale game. Seems no one wants these guys at there tracks here in louisiana. Didnt think this would be a problem but everyone acts like the 1/5 scale has the "clap"lol

There are not a lot of large scale tracks. The reason most 1/8 scale tracks do not want large scale running on them is they really put a hurting on track. I know very disappointing. There use to be a large scale track about 60 miles from me but do to little support it closed. The next closes large scale track is 300 miles from me. I sure do miss racing. I cannot find anyone locally that even runs large scale. []

At least you have some one to run with. Not only keep an eye on your wheel bearings but the rear diff input shaft bearings. Keep us posted and have fun.

Well, up here we are trying to make a change...our overseas chaps can't have all the fun!!

It takes some grassroots effort to establish a track that is largescale friendly first...

lol, don't bother. They're not much more friendly to large scalers here either. Fact is they do totally destroy most tracks in short order.

out of 1000 sold only 3 have torn out a diff case, and 2 of them were mine. there's not a probable cause for why it has happened. the bearings are ok it's just the case that hasbroke. my XB has had no issues, only my XT prototype, but it gets abused very often. I've beat on both of these for a little over a year now.
