Trex 550E vs. Trex 600E vs. Other
So which one is better in your opinion? Considering everything, costs (short and long term), flight characteristics, enjoyment, payload capacities, tendencies/habits, etc...

For all out value, check out the Century Swift NX 550 sized heli;
http://www.heli-world.com/SearchResu...N1045&All=True
It is very durable, maintenance free, and requires no upgrades to fly very well, if set up for training at lower rotor speeds, and with the more powerful combo, at higher head speeds it performs much like my 600's on 10S!!

I have a 550E flybarless that I absolutely love, it's a great flying chooper. I would love to get a 600E flybarless oneday for scale flying but the cost of 1 set of flight batteries is to much for me to swallow, since the new 600's take 2 6s flight batteries.

I have the 550 3G and think it's the dogs b###s, the 600E is an old heli and is over weight and costs much more to run, there is a new trex 600 pro but it's still more money to run and there is not much size difference in size between a 550 and 600,
FBL is the way to go as is 550

700E. Most expensive sadly... but...
prefered size for most any serious 3D heli pilot
"floats" in the air
most power besides a 700 with YS120
most wind resistance
