Default Just ordered my first RC Plane

Just ordered the FlyZone Piper J3 Cub 2.4GHz RTFCombo.

Ive been in RCcars and trucks for a bit and am a club member at Tower Hobbies.

They put this combo up on their "Hot Deals" for members thing on sale for 139.98 from 169.98, and with a 25$ coupon code and free shipping I picked it up for 115$

I've been practicing on a simulator for a couple weeks and feel I'm ready to destroy an actual plane

should be here monday.

If I were you I would try to get in touch with someone that has previous flying experience to take your new plane up, trim it out and to make sure everything is in the correct order.
Aside from not destroing it you will save yourself a lot of aggravation from trying to fly an untrimmed plane.

The reason you received no response to your original post is that you asked no questions. You simply stated that you had purchased a new plane. Without an indication of what information you were seeking or expecting, it was tough to make a response.

Anyway, Doomking's suggestion is certainly a good idea.

Make sure both sides of the elevator are attached together before you fly it. I bought one when I was first starting out; and they weren't.
