Who's ready for Bomber Field
Sept 16-18. been about 3 or 4 years since I last went, but will be going this year. Be flying my new T-34C, and possibly my old T/F Mustang.

The usual suspects from Arlington and surrounding area will be there.
Hoping for moderate weather but after 18 years of attendance I have come to realize that the weather will be what it is. We will have a good time regardless.
In the end it is the great crew that puts on the event and the people who attend that makes Bomber Field such a fun event,

Thursday~Friday~Saturday Sept. 15~16~17 Monaville, TX (West Houston Suburb) 23th Annual B-17 & Scale Big Bird Fly-In.
Spectators 13 and up $7.00. Children 12 and under free. Hamburgers and hot dogs served fresh from onsite kitchen. Cold drinks,
candy, chips, and souviners ( Bomberfield T-shirts and caps ). Comfortable spectator viewing of giant B-17s while seated in
either ground level pit building or 2nd story observation deck seating. It always Cool at Bomber Field no matter the weather!
2011 Grand Raffle Prize...120" w/s Avro Lancaster Ready To Fly with 4 Magnum .52 four-strokes. Add your radio, fuel and fly!
Raffle tickets sold onsite at Registration Desk.
Flying: 9am to 5pm daily. Full-scale fly-bys and unique flight demonstrations at noon-time during spectator walkaround of all
aircraft on runway centerline. 6pm Saturday Brisket Banquet & Awards Presentation...live entertainment open to public. $25

These are extra special value banquet tickets....they are worth all the Brisquet dinner you can consume along with all the liquid
refreshment you an remove from the premisis by consuming it.... Hey, its Texas...what can I say....Belly Up Friends... :^)

Were you flying at now, that looks like the fairgrounds in Robstown? I will be their in Houston also with my B17, if they don't change my schedule.
