Spectator Crash at Reno Air Race
Just got home and read the news. Anyone we know headed there today??? I hear that a lot of fans were hurt/possibly killed. Need a headcount here folks of anyone we know that went today.

Just talked to Ollie and he hasn't left yet. Left a message for Dale Kral and waiting for him to call me back. This sounds really bad. Hope everybody is ok.

I've heard that one of the Morgan Hill group is a little worse for wear, but will be OK.
I talked to Jimmy Leeward via email last January when I was building my last P51 racer. I still have the pictures and emails in my saved messages. :^(
I really hope all of our RC family is OK.

Very sureal weekend so far. Yesterday I was out at Tomcats practicing with my pattern airplane and flying some laps with the gold Macchi when a fellow club member told me of the news. It appears one of our club officers are among the injured with a broken leg. He is expected to make a full recovery. Today at the pattern contest it was the number one topic. It got quiet when a P-51 passed close by on it's way to Hollister airport.
