I'm not sure if you can get just the little servo motors that are on the ESC/RX board, but you can get replacement ESC's at Horizon. Problem is, it's $59.99. Nearly the cost of a new plane.

Here's the Horizon link for the Champ. Ask them and they'll go out of their way to help you. Probably need hands the size of a squirrell's to replace one of the micro servo motors alone, though.Let us know how that goes......
