i've got a radio that a buyer posted an offer on, i accepted, but the buyer won't pay, is ignoring PM's and emails.
even replied once on another site only to ignore again.
i hate to trash someones rating, but what is the best way to handle this?

do you still have your radio? if so don't worry about it and take new offers,,seems he changed his mind

I'm sorry you are having a problem with another RCU member.

In situations like this, you should post an appropriate rating to the buyers account and relist the item for sale.

hi JW,

i sent you a PM, and have filed the complaint about the guy who caused the grief.
he is also on another site and is apparently jipping others on sales and what not.

I have a similar problem. Buyer makes a bid, does not pay. I relisted the item and give the non-paying buyer a bad rating and then he files a formal complaint against me? This had been resolved a few days ago. Then he re-files another formal complaint because the bad rating is still on his profile. Now I cannot sell anything without a red-flag on my ad. What can I do? Will I have this flag on my ads forever?
