RE: What did you get?
The little lady got me a set of skis for a L-4 I put together, now if it would just snow a LITTLE. I got a kick out of my youngest son's reaction when I gave him a Guillows P-51 kit. You remember those with the tissue covering. I'm sure a lot of us built a few of them back in the "beginning" days of the addiction. Yep, the kit, T-pins,CA glue, regular glue in the green tube, hobby knife, razor saw and told him he could build it on a TV tray. Can't wait to see the finished product.

RE: What did you get?
[8D]I usually get something RC related & this year is no different. My better half gave me the Parrot AR Drone Quadracopter & I must say it is a blast. I've already ordered 2 spare batteries. It's cold here in the north east and theres been a bit of a breeze so have been flying above my hot tub in a room with a cathedral ceiling - can't wait to try it outside.

I got a scarf and a hand held digital scale for weighing suite cases... and I'd guess, other things.
Least Lez1troubles got his leg over... which gives me a glimmer of hope for the future.

This has been a wonderful year and I "Got" three things, this is definately in order of importance.
The best gift of all was a visit from my daughter
The next best gift was a very successful first solo yesterday (Chrismas Day) for this deserving gentleman that I have been mentoring and this is our traditional shirt tail cutting ceremony.
And finally I gave myself permission to go ahead and finish out this Aeroworks Katana/OS 55GT that has been waiting in the wings for awhile.
I hope its been a Merry Christmas for ya,ll and you enjoy a happy New Years[8D]
