I just looked at amazon and its the third one one the right http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_no...tape&x=21&y=21however I think its a little cheaper at the Duall site that KAOS1964 posted earlier.

Yup i just checked with Zon n thinnest tape they carry is 1/16...yet its $34+change for 1/16x18 yard tape roll.
im wondering if plastic kits model shop carry thinner size tape from Tamiya!.
im looking for 1/32 tape as 64 would just fill in with paint....

For 1/64" tape, you want to be shopping at graphic arts and drafting shops. It's generically called chart tape. As one of the poster also mentioned, you can try places that sell supplies for electronics as chart tape can be used in the manufacure of one off circuit board designs. Several of the posts so far have links to places that sell 1/64" chart tape.

He has 1/64, and sells 240 inches for about $2.00 delivered.I bought 10 rolls of 1/32” x 240” (66 yards) and paid $20 including shipping. You have to call him, his website doesn't work. I received my order four days after speaking with him.
