For a new one that is a good price..........I keep thinking there can't be very many of them left that are still new in the box.I bought one (1) and sold it several months later...still new in the box.

Tamiya has your new Gepard kit. It's a static model but could be R/C'd. And it's only $746 USD. [X(]

I think the museum has them for about the same price ($350.00) as the Leopard 1A4 and eBay is also cheaper than Tamiya's price there as stated. That MSRP throws everyone for a loop.

About 10 years ago I bought a Gepard at a hobby shop that was going out of business. When the owner found out I was into 1/16 scale he brought a Gepard out of the back room that he had on consignment. It was built and painted and had the old clutch tranny, and some rehabilitation was needed. I got the money out of my pocket with warp speed ................He wanted $100. I never did anything with it and sold it to a guy I knew who just couldn't live without it for $200.
Kick me.

As far as I know Hobby Engine is rumored to be redesigning their Abrams so most likely not many here. They werent easy to come by in the first place. I originally ordered the M1 and the online hobby supplier sent me the Leo 2A5 and told me it WAS the M1. LOL.

I didn't say they were on the website!!!! I saw them last time I visited back in September.
Contact them and ask!!!! Besides, it's the static kit that's being offered these days.
