Yes, you can, page 17 of the 10CG manual will explain this for you.
"CAMPac Initializing Method and Data Conversion (T9C/T9CS to T10CG):
To convert the CAMPac data from T9C/T9CS to 10CG, select "No" with the CURSOR lever and then press DIAL and the
home screen will appear. See p.30 for the conversion method."
