hi, i bought one of these trucks last week and i have only run it for approx 2hrs and have already blown 2 of the tyres to bits. rather than replaceing them with the stock tyres (which are crap) im looking into something more durable, does anyone have any idea how to get around having to run these soft crappy tyres, and possably being able to run stronger beadlocked ones, thanks

I don't know what wheel hex type Fs uses. But proline trencher on splitsix rims could maybe be an option?
They got decent grip on most surfaces, they use beadlock rims and they are pretty durable to

If Fs decided not to use the hpi wheel hex, I don't know..

no the fs use the square wheel hub, i beleive its the same as the MCD cars, not sure??

If you wanted to it sounds like your truck uses hubs similar to the fg vehicles you could pick up a set of the adaptors that convert your car from the fg square to the hpi hex & then use the hpi wheels & tires..

or you can get the FG or MCD SC tires...yes, that's right, FG is coming out with short course models, Wooohoo!!

awseome!! that sct looks sweet... better than any others on the market at the moment IMO. thanks for the tip about the wheels, they will no doubt be alot stronger than the fs ones.
