Hi Eric,
Recently purchased the Exceed RC Concept X airframe in Red, Item # 69A01-red-kit, Order ID # is 1699591.
It is missing both horizontal tails, part # 69A01-03 and # 69A01-04 per the parts sheet.
I still have the shipping box with label if it's any help. The site here isn't working again or I'd upload a picture of it.
Could I please get a set of horizontal tails, in Red, shipped to me?

The plane is an AeroSky 4 channel trainer item 07A001 RTF. Upon inspection on delivery (yesterday) I thought the motor was damaged because it was pushed to one side, but it was not. I took the cowl, motor mount and motor off and found out the motor mount was made with one leg of the mount shorter by about 2.5mm. the rest of the plane is OK with some dents in the wings but I can live with that.
I will need a motor mount, took some pictures but I don't know how to put them up.....thanks

I ordered a Dynam Peaks biplane July 20, and I was pleased with the response time and delivery time. Everything was undamaged and in good order. I finally got the time to assemble it this weekend, and have a small problem. Instead of 8 springs for the tension rods for the rudder and elevator, there were only 7. And instead of 8mm screws for the prop spinner, there were 10 mm. I checked the assembly, and did not accidentally use 8mm screws somewhere else. I would really appreciate it if you could pop a couple screws and a spring in an envelope and mail em off to me!
So far I've gotten an 800mm t28, an 800mm P40, a Dynam SR Trainer, and The Dynam Peaks. With each order, the response time and shipping times have improved, and I am quite pleased with my Nitroplanes experience!

I may have posted this problem in the wrong section so will repeat here as I still have not received an answer/resolution.
I purchased a red peaks dynam biplane. The airplane arrived with screws missing for the cabanes and the prop spinner. the rudder is severely warped and the elevators are warped as well. The pilot was floating around the cockpit on arrival. The yellow plastic insert that the tail brace wires attach to broke while sitting on my table. In addition, when trying to fly I inadvertently turned the transmitter off and the throttle on the aircraft went to full. Fortunately, I was not injured but the prop ingested the battery hatch. I have not received an answer to any of these problems in spite of contacting everyone on the web site...live chat, parts, sales etc. My neighbor was able to get a response regarding the battery hatch and told to order a complete fuselage as the hatch in not available seperately (!) 36 dollars for fuselage verses ? for a small hatch.
Every communication that the company responded to asked for more information or pictures including the request for a battery hatch. No one apparently knew what one was!
I do not have a flyable airplane and am hoping for some kind of resolution here.

Hello,
I've sent pics of my cracked canopy for the 80" Zero to Jessica, but have not heard anything in reply. My order number is310481. I have had two replacements sent to me, and both were cracked when I opened the box. Funny thing was that neither box looked damaged. It's as if the person sending it out didn't check them for cracks before sending them out. I ordered my plane back in November, and it would sure be nice to finally have a canopy that's not cracked, so I can go fly sometime soon

I'll check with the parts department to see if they have another canopy. I'll personally check it to make sure it's not damaged before having the shipping department send it out.

That is a great flying plane. It is a very scale like flyer in the air.
One caveat, keep it out of the sun ( even indirect sun! ) when you are not flying. The plastic canopy white areas will yellow with the UV.
I had mine stored in a garage that has windows across the door. While the plane was NEVER in direct sun, the indirect UV rays yellowed it just enough to be annoying to me, but most on-lookers don't notice it much.

Ok so it appears that they only have 2 canopies left and they are both cracked in the same spot. I'll see if we're able to order more from CMP. If not will you be willing to keep it as is if I give you a $10 refund back on the order?

After checking my second kit, I realized there is also no cowl ring, as well as a cracked canopy...
I think I better look a little closer at Zero #2 to make sure everyting else is there...
At this point I'm thinking I'm screwd.
