I have a new Hacker A50-12S 492 kv that I am running on two 3s packs in series. I was getting ready to run up my new motor connected to a Watts Up meter to get what amps, watts, etc but the motor will not run. When I turn on the transmitter and then connect the lipo packs to the ESC, it just keeps going through a series of beeps. I was hoping someone might have an idea what I am doing wrong. Is there a specific start up procedure that I am missing?

It sounds to me like your throttle channel is reversed and the sspeed control is going into programming mode.

You were exactly correct on the throttle channel....it was reversed! Thank you very much for the tip!
