Well no pics yet but I can tell you who won because I just got off the phone with him... Congrats Gary Schmidt.
I was there for Friday and Saturday and it was great to see everyone again. 80 entries with some old school guys showing up after a long layoff. It was good to see Henry Bartle and Lyle Larson flying together again and Richard Verano had a big smile all weekend, rumors have Richard giving F3D a whirl this cycle.
Unfortunately there was alot of carnage as the trashcans overflowed with dead airplanes but everyone seemed to be having fun and the speedword crew did their usual great job.

Travis and Garys made it but Jims 3 year old one died a spectacular death.... he still has his new one though.

Here is the "final" standings. However, the settigns were not correct, so Jim was unable to post teh results of a 5-way tye for 7th place. There were two prelim flyoffs, with myself (Chuck A) and Jim first, then Gino, Lyle, and Tom. I won an exciting flyoff with Jim in 1:01.7, and Lyle survived a cut-filled flyoff. Lyle beat me in the final flyoff after I cut, taking 7th. I got 8th, then the remaining 3 were placed by thier times.

Here's the great fly-off video between Chuck Andraka (my teammate) and Jim Allen. It was a close race until the unfortunate happened. It is one to remember for Chuck, especially on his first Q40 race.
