Default LiPo or LiFe??

I have been thinking about swaping out my NIMH batterys for my Hanger 9 Pulse XT60 and was wondering if anyone could give me some suggestions. After doing some research I am kind of leaning toward the use of LiFe batterys to avoid having to purchase and install a voltage regulator. Thoughts on this, someone Please?

thank you

Bill

Life is the way to go, just about every current servo and tx can handle a 2cell life battery.

Plus the LiFE (A123) is a lot more stable chemistry.

I get my A123 reciever packs from wrongwayrc.com he will put whatever connectors you want on them

+1. Hangtime Hobbies has a good write-up about installing and using LiFe. See their A123 FAQ and A123 Setup Guide.
