Kind of strange simptom, are you 100% sure the tracking shows a flat rotor profile ?  I always paint my blade tips two very different colors for easier tracking visiblility,  it sure beats the color tape and you always have'em for quick tracking reference.

Is the swashplace leveled ?  Another thing I would check for is your servo limits at full.

Hope this helps.

Felix, did you notice that the post you are responding to is 4 years old? I hope that in that time frame the OP had his problems solved.

OOps ! LMAO !!!!

BTW ,do you know where can I get a mainshaft straightening tool other than the Eisenhard

which is not available for 5mm main shafts (450 class). Billybob told me it was for

3mm shafts, ( I guess feathering ) that he'd never heard of 5mm shafts.

I am tired of the drill and woodblock method.

Gracias por tu asistencia.

I tried straightening a shaft once on a friend's lathe. I never considered before, or after. I always get new shafts.

De que parte de PR eres? Yo naci en Santurce, pero creci en Catano, Coamo Corozal Y Bayamon. Mi hermana vive en Aguas Buenas y mis padres viven en Coamo.

Saludos desde Kansas.

Yup, nothing like new shafts, I just like to tinker with stuff.

Small world indeed, soy de la calle Loiza me crié en las calles Taft y Las Palomas.

Ahora vivo en Las Palomas como a ocho bloques de la Taft en dirección
hacia el correo.

If you wanna see Loiza st today, go to facebook's "La Calle Loiza el sitio que mas quiero".

I'm working on fabricating the tool, pa' entretenerme.

Happy flying !
