I thought the clonee FG Bigfoot tire sets on ebay that have been out for a while were by Rovan?
If indeed it is by Rovan... Then I'll be looking eslewhere. Honestly Just spend the extra cash and get the FG.
With the baja a clone makes sense because of the HUGE aftermarket support. With an FG clone there isnt really much there plus the parts that could be used from FG wont be that cheap.

if 90% of all FG parts fit it... Then maybe just maybe I would consider it.

From Google translate (yeah, crappy as always):

Shortly shown an RC Monster Truck comes with 4WD (four wheel) & reverse the function check. It is only the possibility that it is also a reverse gear show after 3 zuzuschalten channel of the remote control. It is an interesting thing when one got stuck in time. The vehicle that is because you see a monster truck from www.the-Rovan-spezialisten.de XL RTR 1:6 scale with Chung Yang R260 engine in the Pro version already modified with Heckdom and Hitec servos. The Chung Yang engine is factory installed just like the Walbro WT-668 carburetor tuning. If interested, you can get back to you like we tell you more about this vehicle.

R-BM is a (rovan big monster) acronym, 4WD surely we can understand the meaning of a four-wheel drive, yes, after many, many drafts, many, many times the improvements, many, many times of continuous progress, if any finally have the first 4WD Bigfoot!
Oh really, many many drafts and improvements[sm=50_50.gif] yep that would be by FG and not rovan.
i see one person has bought one already to test (engage ? on second thoughts nah...he doesn't test em just sells em)
i like the bit at the end....NO WARRANTY go figure.

At 1/3rd the price of an fg i'm sure a few of these will find owners and maybe we'll see a review here in the near future.
i see it comes with steel gears, alloy threaded shocks, , cvd's, booties, a pipe with a long power robbing proboscis and flop around on off switch too...lol.

be interesting to see how the belt system holds up.

Never really had much to say about clones; my first 1/5 was a used FH with a load of FG upgrades...it was pants so i stripped the goodies off and bought an fgbaja...learned my lesson off the get go so personally I wont buy another but i don't knock those that do...it's their choice.
But I do wish these companies would just come up with their own stuff rather than make cheap knock offs ...ya can't stop em though...everything and anything that has any sort of brand name or value is copied these days from DVDs to $50000 watches.
