Hi Everyone,

I just bought a traxxas XO-1 ESC on ebay, and I did not realize that you need an iphone or ipad to unlock it, using the ipad app...


Is there another way to unlock the esc without using an ipad/iphone? I have the castle link USB programmer, can that do it?

If ut was me i would use a demo ipad at the stores lol.... was going to jail brake one the otherday but mywife wouldent let me.,... I thought i would of been funny

Hah good idea, but i found out you need the stupid TQi radio too that comes with the XO-1 ,, this is so lame

case closed.. I cancelled the purchase of the ESC.. I called Castle and they said you must use the TQi radio and Ipod,, which is extremely stupid.

I instead ordered a hobbywing XErun 150A esc for $99 ... i bet itll be better! , Castle told me too the only difference between the mamba v3 and the extreme is that the extreme comes with their CC Cap pack.. ill just add one to my xerun
