bummer their design will not work with an FEJ, how ever the 1/5 version will so if I sale mine and get the 1/5 later on I found a nice scale gear.

Fender bean,
For what's its worth only the Block 30s and older had the lights on the main gear. After that (40s+) the moved the lights to the nose gear door.
On top of that all the 25/30s are being converted to nose gear door lights now. The lights on the mains are impossible to use if you're carrying pods on the chin (targeting pods etc). You end up with two slices of light either side of the taxiway and a big black hole ahead of you!

I know my light on gear was for visual candy, I understand my nose door has lights as well. Much easier to see three bright leds when ur landing

I will have 1:6 F16 gear that will drop in the FEJ much like the 1:5.5 version very soon.
