Default Converting an OS 1.60 FX

Ihave an OS 1.60 FX that I have been thinking about converting to gas. Does anyone have some good information or part numbers for the parts Iwould need to do the conversion.

Get in touch with Ken Lambert...he converts Glow engines to use Gas. Capt,n

You can get a conversion kit from ST Engines, here is a link http://www.stengines.com/store/index...od&productId=4 Comes out of Mexico and takes a couple of weeks to come through customs but seems to be a pretty good conversion.
The site seems to give you a bunch of jibberish but if you scroll down to the bottom of the page the details are there.

I've converted a Saito 1.50 four stroke with ST Engines kit and it was easy to do. Engine runs fine but I haven't put it on a plane and flown it yet, still on the to do list. I have read that others have converted the OS 1.60 and that it works well but runs hot so you need to be careful on getting good airflow over the engine. I like the OS 1.60 on glow but it tends to run a bit hot there also so you have to be careful with your install. Keep us informed if you decide to do yours.
