RE: ESM 50cc ME-109
I called Jtec and they told me that I should just contact Towerhobbies for the muffler as they supplied them regularly. These are in demand as they're originally for the Aeroworks P-51. I waited almost a month for this muffler from tower to be re-supplied and sent.

My Bf109 progressing slowly here in Norway []
Have received my Laser 300V, but it wouldnt fit in the gear. Hope to make a new one, but it's possible I will install it direct in the airplane.
My 200V is reaching 3600rpm with a 26 x12" threeblade and have a safe idle at 500rpm with the newmonted flywheel.
But I need som 5000rpm at the prop to gain some airspeed.
Wings are almost ready with the Sierra retracts and modified linkage to the flaps and ailerons.

What do you need for it? Anton or Dora.
I sold my ESM BF109... But I'm building one for a friend with the modifications I did to mine now. when we complete our move, and parts are readily available for this without the hastle... I'll build me another as a later G14.

Anton,
would have pm'ed but says I can't
I've got lots of extra parts i.e. two extra sets of gear doors(it came with sists also), extra wing cores, extra a5 gun hood, one extra belly pan, 2 turtle decks, I also have those Glennis 109 wheels...
I need guns, wheels, retracts...
thanks and sorry for jumping the thread
all for $100.00!

Finally got a spinner. One of the pre-painted, 2-blade spinners. Have to say, it's a nice one! Apparently got the only spinner that TBM had in stock. I contacted ESM directly and got a response back that spinners are in the next container coming to the US, due to arrive in late July.

RE: ESM 50cc ME-109
Well guys it took a while but finally got the maiden done.
Only had one flight due to time constraints but it flew well. I balanced mine at 138mm and it was slightly nose heavy (I'll move it back to 141 then 143mm to see how it feels) and the long tail moment makes the plane very nice to fly. Stalls are almost at a standstill and easily recoverable with application of power to get the model flying again, no nasty spin. I flew with a 22x10 prop on my DLE-55 and it felt a little too much prop so i'll try a 21 or 20x10 next. It was a bit bouncy on landing but i had my idle a little high so next flight that will be sorted. I tamed the control throws down a bit which helped my thumbs reference the elevator. Thanks to Jimmy (n8622t) for the CofG advice, looks like ESM finally did their homework with this one. Now that it flies, time for the scale exhuasts, machine guns, wheels, opening cockpit and weathering.

Are there retracts that have a better stance than the stock ones? Say the ones from Sierra or shinden? Seems to me the stock ones are too splayed out.

Anybody got one?
