You will need to ensure the crystals are dual conversion and not std 72 crystals

1. What was the original frequency of the receiver?
The oldFP.R127DF is not as user friendly as more recent receivers in that user can not
change crystals at will, refer:

Futaba - R127DF - an old Hi/Low Band RX prone to vibration and jitters

Futaba - R127DF..Channel cannot be changed by simply swapping crystal, must be retuned each time.

Futaba - RX.jitters. Futaba is not responsible for incompatibility other brand servo etc
More information under sub section "Radio Systems, Accessories, Alterations and FAQ" at
Alan's Hobby, Model & RC FAQ Web Links may

well provide answers for many other questions.

2.is the channel 48 at 72.750
USA/Canada ch48is 72.750 as per

Canada - GH Frequency Chart
