Philip Noel has plans for a .91 size ducted fan and turbine Mirage 2000 c/d. He no longer sells them on his site. I think Replikit picked up the rights. I have a set of plans and they are very nice CAD drawn plans. You could probably elarge them to get whatever size you want.
