Plans for Sicroly 2, Curare, Tribute and Magic were all published by RCM&E. Someone with the back issues will be able to help, search on this forum and you will find that most have been presented here...

Several of his designs are available in this forum. Just do a search for whichever plane of your interest and peruse through the various threads until you find a link to a plan. Good luck.

Hi there Carlos,

You can get a choice of Prettner plans from vth in Germany :

http://www.vth.de/shop/modellbau.htm...categories_pi1[filter]=19&tx_ptgsacategories[cat_uid]=34#tx_ptgsaarticlelist_pi1_headline

they have a large choice of plans, but the prettner ones are in a separate category, so that makes it easy. They used to have the Supra Fly 2500 too, I thought, but I don't see it in the list anymore? Pity.

Many regards from another Prettner fan

Kris

RCM & E plans service offers all three 1970's Prettner classics. For what it's worth, here they are:

Super Sicroly 2: http://www.myhobbystore.co.uk/produc...per-sicroly-ii

Curare: http://www.myhobbystore.co.uk/produc...1/rc1323curare

Magic: http://www.myhobbystore.co.uk/produc...9/rc1432-magic

Plans for the later models - Calypso, Supra Fly, Supra Star and on - were, to my knowledge, not published; they were only ever available as kits from sanctioned manufacturers.

There was a lot of info about the later Prettner designs on this forum in a thread from a couple of years ago, including plans for the Supra Star "backwards engineered" from a kit and marked "Dupli-Star":

http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/m_95..._1/key_/tm.htm

Best regards,

G.

Hi CMJets,
Do you have actual plans for the Sensation? I think the original was powered by an ST2500. The Sensation was kitted in several sizes by Yoshioka, but only the small (45 sized) Sensation made it to the USA and only in ARF form [].
Thanks,
Will

Will,

Those Sensation CAD plans were developed by someone overseas in the US forces. They were posted on another general Prettner thread which I think Bo started. He was modifying the construction for a 2m turnaround pattern design. He planned to build upon his return from duty. Now that I think about it, he might have been in the UK forces instead - cant recall for sure. The thread is somewhere in the forum.

Naturally, I would like to adapt them for a 25-32 size version...
