Evo .46 Question
I have an Evo .46 in an Lt-40 right now. The high speed needle valve has no friction and won't stay where I set it. There is a set screw on the needle valve knob, but it did'nt seem to want to hold it still. Anyone else have this problem and how do I tighten it up? When I run the motor and set it right, the needle valve rotates on it's own to the factory stop on the needle valve. (runs a little richer)

RE: Evo .46 Question
There should be a black spring clip that ratchets against the needle valve adjustment. That should be enough to keep it in place. If it's missing it needs to be replaced. If it is still there you could try to bend it to make it fit tighter against the needle adjustment. That set screw is used if you want to put a extension on the needle valve and that holds it in place. You wouldn't need it in your set up.
Hope this helps
