Default Pica Trojan

I picked up a Pica T-28 (65" version) kit at an auction last fall and I would like to build it, but there is no instruction manual.
Researching this plane tells me that few of the kits had manuals.
I have built a few planes but I think I am way over my head without a manual .
Just wondering if anyone out there could give me some help.

Another question- Is this plane the same as the Dave Platt 65" model?

Also, I think I could figure out the wings. It is the fuselage that has me baffled.

Let me go downstairs and dig tonight; I think I've got my instruction manual from the Pica kit. If I can find one, I'll copy it and send it to you.

That would be great. I do appreciate that.

You wouldn't happen to have a side view of the fuselage? I have plan view from top but not the side

I'm pretty sure I've got the set of plans and the instructions, I just need to find them. I'm pretty sure there's a side-view of the fuselage, but it's been about 5 years so my memory isn't too be trusted. I'll let you know what I find.

You win the lottery I've got the instructions, as well as a single sheet of plans that show both the wing construction and a side view of the fuselage.

PM me with your address and I'll ship them to you. Do you want the plans rolled, or can I fold 'em and save some shipping $$$?

I enjoyed building both the 65" ws and the 79" version...lot of balsa, lot of work.....wouldn't have it any other way! Enjoy the build and keep the tail light - it is overbuilt IMHO.

Anybody have the manual for the pica t-28 1/5 scale? Wingspan is about 80" and fuselage is about 62" from end of cowl to end of rudder.

A few years ago, I bought a PICA P-51 from my LHS. It didn't have a manual either. I'm wondering if the company ran out of manuals as they were closing down and just shipped the product without them???

FYI, I was able to get a copy of the manual from a member here on RCU.

Old thread I know but just in case someone is now needing a manual or plans. Copies are available on Ebay. I bought mine. 65 pages I believe they are.
