RE: Need some help please
It's a Monterey. It was a design presented in one of the old model magazines and then later kitted by Astro Flite. If yours is a kit you will likely see signs of part number markings. If it's built from plans then the markings, if any, would be put on by hand.
Check this thread out for some nice build pictures of one fella's Monterey. There's also a PDF of the Super Monterey plan part way through....

Often the wings were retained from sliding off by either using a tension style spring through the fuselage between such screw eyes. Or if it's an open ended "cup hook" style screw in eye then sometimes a folded over rubber band would be used instead of the spring.
The way to install either of these options was to hook the spring or rubber band onto one hook and use a 6 or so inch long piece of music wire with a bent hook on one end to draw the spring or rubber through the holes and hook it onto the other wing while you held the wing away from the fuselage by about a half inch gap. Once hooked on and released the spring or rubber tension would pull the wing panel inwards that last half inch and still have enough tension to retain the wings. To disassemble the wings from the fuselage you simply reverse this process.
