Airplane fabric for wings , tail, and fuselage are equal in warp and weft. In your picture of the cockpit it looks like a one direction weave. Looks like a fabric wall paper. What kind of plane?

Model airplane covering will be red on the tail and black on the fuselage. 100% replication is not possible with off the shelf products. It should not matter if it is opposite.
