Where is a good source to purchase a t1000ss? Like the reviews. These machines don't come as a kit right? Are they all assembled? I would like a kit to build it myself and learn how is constructed so when it's time to repair It would a peace of cake.

i don`t think they come in a kit build option . i know what your saying about the fixing part of the hobby , but i`ve replaced a few parts on mine and it really is not a big deal . the components are so big on these that when you remove a couple of parts you suddenly have a huge open area to work on . i have had mine for 3 years and its still going with little troubles along the way .

RE: King Motors Baja Review with pictures
I am replacing the motor in my KM baja and i wanted to get the quick release
bars for it but they are kind of pricey. So i went to lowes and for 8 bucks i
bought a 3 foot length of alum. tube which the inside dia. is about as big
as the roll cage on the baja. I cut it to about 4 1/2 inches and it
seemed to work. I have not used the baja yet (still working on replacing
the engine) so i dont know how it is going to hold up. Just thought i would
share the info.
If you go on youtube there is a video on where to cut the roll cage for
the quick release system

RE: King Motors Baja Review with pictures
I am really hooked on one of these, this one to be precise: http://www.ebay.com/itm/1-5-Scale-RT...-/290798931231
But all i read on different Swedish RC-forums is to stay away from everythin thats not a Hpi, Mcd, Losi or FG because the engines will break direct and som will every single plasticcomponent. (I might have overexagurated a bit but u get the idea.)
So my question(s) are:
1. Are the Rovan and King Motor really that bad? If so, which one is the better one?
2. Does Hpi 5b/5t parts fit bolt on?
Thanks in advance, Jonathan

RE: King Motors Baja Review with pictures
That sounds really good tbh! But i realised that shipped to sweden it would be 889$ which is more expensive then a used MCD Evo 3 Racerunner with a Raceported 27.2cc thats for sale here. I have to think about it.
Pros for the MCD is that its bettter quality (i presume) and its 4wd but man that beetle body looks sick on the KM Which engine is better - the 30.5cc KM or a Raceported (whatever that means) Zenoah 27.2cc?

The thing is that i am a total newb when it comes to LS rc so i dont even know if its possible to see on the engine if its a 2-bolt or 4-bolt without having to open it up. :SI read that 4-bolts are better in every way so if its a 2-bolt i dont think i am interrested in it :P Lets hope the seller is honest when i ask instead of seeing that i dont know **** so he knows he can say whatever he want
Edit: What do you mean with oranges and apples, are they SO different in engine character or what?

I was reading the specs on the different baja s and the hpi claims 23lbs and the KM at 30lbs. Can anyone confirm these weights?
