Got the pictures. They were in my Junk mail folder. Real nice Zero. Royalhfarms believes he has the 40 size zero plans you are looking for and could most likely make you a laser cut wing kit. He will not be getting back to making kits until the end of November though. Not sure if this is early enough for you. If you look up his name here on RCU you can contact him for more information.

I have that kit, had it for a while now. I will never sell it, but all you need is the copy of the plans?

On the outside of the box it says A6M3 zero Junior series. Wing span is 58 11/16 in. wing area 577sq in. I measured one wing panel on the plan and its 740mm. The picture on the box of the zero shows a mottled colored zero with green blothes, the tail numbers are U-128.

Here are some photos I took, as you can see this plan is from the 80's, and have slight critter damage which makes me have to get these copied somehow.

hi Ted glad u like the pics I'll take some of the inside of the fuse so u can get a better view and if royalhfarms has the same plans as corsair then it would save me a lot of time cutting templates and scratchbuilding parts as id like to get her finished over the winter period ready for next summer.

corsair could you possibly do me a copy of you're plans as that is the exact plane I have. after reading many forums on here I was led to believe mine was the middle size but as you have given me new info on this as I'm glad I can pinpoint the mistake made by others. also just let me know how much you would like and if you have paypal and I shall transfer funds.
many thanks guys for all you're help.
hopefully I shall be able to figure out how to post pics on here and I shall carry on this thread and update the rebuild progress.

I'll get this copied this week and let you know.

I would be interested in the RUFE plan if anyone has it.

Cool, really looking forward for those RUFE plans. I placed the plan on a flat surface with some weight on top to try to get some of the creases out. I will leave it for a couple of days then I will place tape over the critter holes to repair the plans., and to avoid any tearing. After that I think it will be ready for the copier. Hope everything goes as planned, these plans are old.

hi mate thanks very much I'm looking forward to finally receiving a set of plans that actually go with my plane. it will also probably result in me making another of this size zero from scratch with help form royalhfarms if he would be kind enough to give me a price on cutting the parts for me.
thanks
Scott

I hope to see some pictures when you are done. I bought two kits from Royalfarms last year, and I can tell you that you will not be dissapointed.

I got the plans copied, it went well, but the plans were too big its around 38". I had to visit two places to find a copier close to 36", so I ended up in Fedex kinkos and had to make two copies to fit.

PM me so I can get the details on the ship to address

Anybody know where I can find a place where I can get copies made for plans 38" or larger in the Atlanta, GA area? or maybe a reputable online company?

You should be able to find a blueprint copying place. Ask an electrician or carpenter. They should be able to tell you where. Even city hall or a town hall building department or Board of Health should be able to tell you where. You can also look up engineering firms and ask them.

hi well many thanks to corsair29 and all you great aero modellers on here I will hopefully be able to get my zero sorted and flying. if anybody also has any good tips on creating sliding canopy rails for my zero I would love to know how to do it properly as I'm still in the process of figuring it out. on a positive note I started to finally lay some fibre glass down tonight but so far only done the aeleron tops and the rear tail section that protrudes out from the rear of the fuse as this parts the biggest pain with all the curves. hopefully will upload pics soon.
