RE: Monsoon XTR Conversion
I think if I was wanting to convert now, I'd just get a motor mount "conversion" for an ST-R and fabricate the rest with off the shelf battery tray, use my stock servo mount and cut it in half (It's still good, if ya wanted to covert back,as it bolts to the chassis at numberous spots for each servo) then either just mount the esc ontop of the servo mount, or get a small piece of aluminum stock from HomeDepot and cut a little extension to bolt onto the top of the center diff housing, to stick the esc/rx/ ect. (basically just like the Riverhobby kit shows) And it'd all be alot cheaper than the RiverHobby "kit" as well..

I think that's what I'm stuck with doing for now. Of course with the luck I have, you'll see a conversion kit soon as I finish mine
