Probably yes as a hobbist project, but seems that the first radio control turbojet powered aircraft was the Regulus missile first flown in 1951. Its main purpose was delivering atomic bombs, but it was also used as a mail delivery system (!)
you can see it flying and landing at 5:00 in this declassified documentary:

Re Jackman turbojet! Me too, I have a treasured video. I feel the commentary is a little dismissive of Kurt Shreckling's contribution. After all, his was the basis of most of the current model turbines. Ron

BTW....there was military RC turbojet stuff flying even earlier than the Regulus.

Ok,and do you know any detail about this rc turbojet aircraft?
As far as I found, this plane was the first capable of taking off, fly and land on its landing gear pretty much like we do with our models, but with 1950´s electronics(!)
It would be nice to know something about a aircraft capable of this earlier than the Regulus.

I think we are drifting from the point of this thread, the Regulus was powered by the same engine as the Lockheed T33, it was in no way a micro turbine which is what this thread is about, more specifically the first model turbine that was designed, built, tested and flown by a dedicated group of very talented modellers and engineers. The following link will explain in more detail.

Maybe we are, don´t want to take any merit off this 1983 r/c jet model..
I am just curious to know who, regardless of size /nation /military or not was the first radio control turbine jet aircraft.. after all, we are at rcuniverse/rcairplanes/rcjets.
