What's the best electric offroad rc for $350 or less

Want to buy electric offroad rc. Whats a good one for $350 or less. Major brands only. only want 1 that can run on 1 battery. prefer lipo.

just to be clear, is it $350 RTR?
And does that price include batteries/ charger, or do you already have them?
