Does Weatronic still exist?
Has Weatronic gone out of business this morning?
Are there any German forum members who are able to get through to Wea and find out what on earth is happening?
I need to buy stuff from the shop but it refuses my previous log in details. I tried to create a new user but it just comes back with a message that it is not possible to create a new user. What sort of business puts so much effort into preventing customers buying from it? So I phoned them on the 2 numbers given on their website, both numbers rang and rang but neither number was answered (time in Germany was either 10.20 or 11.20 a.m.). So in desperation I tried emailing knowing they wouldn't reply to it but one has to try, simply to have the email bounce back straight away saying the address has permanent fatal errors!
So it is impossible to buy anything from them, the phone goes unanswered and their email address is dead!!
A radio system is no use to me if I can't get the parts I need. I love the Wea's technical abilities but this continuous farce is persuading me to ditch them.

Weatronic is alive and well.
I attended a small seminar at the recent exhibition in Friedrichshafen in the south of Germany.
Representing Weatronic were the Marketing director, the Service Manager and the R&Dhead honco.
They talked in turn about their own area of expertise within the company.
* They have a new investor/modeller in.
*They have moved (again) to a location just outside of Berlin
* New webshop, that works.
You do have the correct numbers?:
+49 (0) 33 75 / 24 60 89-0 and +49 (0) 33 75 / 24 66 0 88

Those are the two phone numbers I tried and this was the response to my email to the correct address
