Dymond servos
Hi everybody,
I have several Dymond servos mod 9500 purchased from Modellhobby.de approximately one and a half years ago.
One aileron servo, after about 50 flights, started jittering around center - installed in a Sbach 342 30 cc - so I sent an e-mail asking if the (suspect) potentiometer was available as a replacement...received very shorly thereafter the reply: they are replacing the servo at no charge and no need to send back the defective unit !
This I consider absolutely excellent service and I recommend Staufenbiel Modellhobby to all modelers living in Europe as well as everywhere in the world http://images.rcuniverse.com/forum/micons/m9.gif

Spektrum has replaced two items for me the same way. It's made me question their product quality, but not their service.
