RE: rock bouncer mad ram
hi thanks, been awhile since iv had a chance to nail some tubes of my own, i nearly gave up with it as the rear didnt look right with the std shock set up, the shocks work well this way but get close to the gear drive,i needed to shorten the look of the rear end, should have welded up over the week end and get it powdercoated,
the plan is to run two solid axels on the next chassis and a transfer box with this style cage, im building the axel at the moment with 4wheel steering, thanks Dennis

Mate,
You are on a roll here. How much is your cheapest chassis at the moment? Unwelded and could you provide an image of it along with my price please?
I am actually really keen on this rock bouncer and the solid axle and transfer box set up. Have you got some images of the solid axle and transfer box set up at all please, just so Ican be sure of what Iam buying LOL
You are truly inspirational and just so you know that.
I look forward to your reply - feel free to PMif you wish.
Thank you

Wow that chassis must be stiff as hell. Very nice. Precision welding like this is a skill I would really like to tackle at some point. For now I only use screws and some machining.

This is by far one of the best builds to date.
I like the detail in the tubing, actually using bends and not straight cuts for a more realistic end result.
Now, lets see it in action
Very good job, from one weldor to another
