Default BI-PLANE lower wing?????

Hi all Iam in the middle of building a B,USA PHAETON 90, and was comtimplating building the lower wing with no dihedral, any thoughts... thanx Max

Max, Here's an image of a biplane I designed that has no dihedral in either wing. It flies great. Dan.
