Default Falcon F120 McLaren Racing FormulaOne Design

Hello
I'll get back once again. Now that Dad flies Turbine Jet with his new Falcon again.
It was now my turn with my Ultra Falcon F120.

After flying my Typhoon now 2 seasons it was fun to fly a no Delta-Jet configuration.
And I needed a Jet for each day with sufficient power.

So Formula One McLaren painting was the next painting that I would to bring on a Jet, the Falcon offered almost sure to (It have some big rear wing formula one style).
The only thing is that I did not finish with chrome finish (Have no experience with it, till yet). But the overall picture is not too bad I think.

Servos are Graupner DES 587 BB MG in the Booms for Ruder. On the Vodafone rear wing works a Blue Bird BMS 620 DMG for elevator and Two BMS 621 DMG are on the aileron.
On Flaps is a Hitec 5645MG which moves pushrods on the internal linkage.
The Receiver and 2.4 is Graupner Hott GR24 receiver powered by 2S Life cells.

The Maingears are Behotec C36 and Eurokit on the front.
The main legs are made of aluminum and steel. It is designed as a swing. Bug is one of Robart and the brake comes from JetA1.

For the "Formula One" jacking my now revised hammer Silverline Turbine provides with good 130N + thrust.
The Fuelcell is a 2L Platypus tank. ECU is Projet Hornet 3.

The dry weight is 9.2 kg.

She flies simply fantastic after I correct the angle of incidence and the turbine angle after the maiden.

So only once written enough ... here comes the first clip of the Maiden

and a few pictures.

N-Joy![8D]

Nice! Shame about the McLaren sheme.. if its anything like F1 team the pit crew will screw up the refuelling, the pilot will complain of understeer and the engine will quit

Very nice and oh what sweet irony!

A German making a splash copy of a Chinese splash copy of an American design! That's assuming Violet was the first to really commercialize it. I could be wrong on that last country.

Still, neat.

Could be, it´s not a one by one splash copy, there are modifications make of our own...and it´s non commercial.

And thx, one of my nicest Jet´s.

Very cool on the mold.

And... I agree... the Falcon is a GREAT sport model. The only people who disagree with me are... 1) Master builders... OR... 2) Speed freaks.
