Default Can't post ad

I've been trying to post an ad for three days now. I get through step three but then it freezes on step four. Is it my computer or anybody else having this problem?

I've sent an email to our Marketplace Manager, John Neff, to notify him of your problem. He should be getting back to you shortly and should be able to help you out.

I'm sorry you are having a problem listing your ad. (Note, this thread has been moved to the Marketplace Support forum)

I logged in to your account and see 4 unfinished ads. I can move all through Step 4, but since all are completely blank, I'm not sure what you may have entered when trying to submit them.

Please try to post another new ad (do not revive an unfinished ad) and see if you can get it to post. If you still have problems, please send me a PM detailing how you are creating your ad and I will see if I can locate the problem.

Are you still having problems posting your ads? If yes, be sure your pop-up blocker and security settings are configured to allow pop-ups and javascript from RCUniverse.com

Hi John,
I am having a problem posting an ad. I cant get past step one. The message to me is that I owe several dollars and that I need to make a payment. I made payment several days ago and still I get the same message and inability to post. Can you check into this? I emailed Andrea per the HELP PAGE and still nothing. Thank you!

How did you post a payment? Paypal? Credit card?

If Paypal, did you click the "Click here to return to RCUniverse" after submitting your payment? You must click that link in order for your account to update appropriately.

Please PM me the details of the payment you made and I will verify it has been received and manually apply it to your account.
