Default 2.5 rebuild?

Do you guys think it is worth putting a sleeve and piston into an old motor or buy a new one. i have already put one in it when i bought the truck used. I did not know a whole lot about these engines and ran it a little to lean and melted the piston i put in it. So this would make 2 that i know of.

Unfortunately, you can't argue with that. But prices at the moment seem fair. piston and sleeve $28.95 http://www.ebay.com/itm/NEW-TRAXXAS-...item3f205d4cb3 If your carb and other parts are fine, I'd do the P/S.
