Power consumption on AR12100 while switch off
Hi,
How much the AR12100 is consuming power while the both battery are still connected and the switch is off.
The manual say less thatn 1mA. Did you leave yours connected to the batteries?
Thanks

I have the AR 9210s with kind of the same situation in that; unless you disconnect the battery, a minute amount of power is consumed. However, I disconnect the batteries anytime the plane is left out of sight for safety and when I am through for the day. I have 3 LiPos in each of the two larger planes and I take them out each day to fully recharge them anyway. I never plan to leave a LiPo in any plane overnight. The one time I mistakenly did, it puffed and would not recharge. But that was with a standard ESC/BEC arrangement.

I have left Niamh batteries in a glider inadvertaantlyy for over a week with hardly any ill effects but as the tx was not selected to that model only a very low current was taken. Of course I fully charged before the next flight, that is when I noticed it had been lft connected. This was a mistake and I usually disconnect T the end of a flight.
