Set Elevator-A and Aileron-A to delta wing mode and connect them to two elevons surfaces. Then connect Elevator-B and Rudder to VT nozzle. Leave Aileron-B along no use.
In my Mig-29 OVT, because VT nozzles are 3-D moveable. So I connect TV nozzles to Rudder, Aileron-A and Elevator-A (delta wing mode). Then connect Aileron-B to ailerons and Elevator-B to elevators.
