Looking For New YS 60 FS and FR Parts
Everything was interchangable between the two except Crankcase and Sleeve. If you have a piston/sleeve I need it for the side exhaust, I have a complete engine but would like a piston/ sleeve for backup/ I am sure everybody else wants a backup to so I am shooting in the dark.......................Thanks

Also can sombody fill me in on what YS did as far as production of these engines again or did they already, I see where a poll was started to ask for them to build them but never read the outcome of these engines being produced or if they were the same as the originals ..............................Ed

Ed,
New short stroke engines are coming. We're told that it shouldn't be too long now. Rich Verano has prototypes in hand and apparently they are finalizing the crankshaft design. Power should be impressive.
Case design should be equivalent in dimensions (mounting lugs, length) to the long strokes so if you have one, you can use it for setup in a build. The shorties should be a direct swap - or so we're told.
