Beautiful boat there. Sad to see. I would buy another Lazer and transfer everything over. You have all the good stuff in that one and anything less will be disappointing.
Get a hold of one of the AC dealers (AC Lazer or another) and ask them to transfer everything for you, would be a lot cheaper in the long run and better than ANY RTR out there.

Thats a bit of a sweaping statement to say it will be better than ANY rtr out there,i beg to differ im now building RTR boats here in the UK and there are more and more builders doing the same, better than any china rt sure better than any noo.
Ive also seen some of Toms builds ,built to any specs the customer wants and all his hulls come in full carbon.

Give Andy (from [link=http://www3.telus.net/acboats/about.html]AC Model Boats[/link]) a call , and ask if he can do a 'in mold' repair.
That would be your cheapest option. (Except for DIY .. not só hard to do)
Also take a look on the answers in the : "Which 26cc boat for me" thread.

All the other companies that have been listed are good options. You should also consider Bonzi Sports because they are located in the same city as you. Won't have to worry about the large shipping fee's.
