Default Aero Beez's 30cc SBach 300

This is my Christmas present purchased during the holidays. First impression
looks good. Construction seems well done and similar to my Pilot Yak.
Hinging is installed but you need to glue them. Comes with complete useable
hardware except no spinner. Covering is also well done and only require
removing minor wrinkles.

It has a tunnel with built in mounting plate for a canister. After weighing
kit parts projected weight is approximate 10.5 - 11 lbs with the DLE30. The kit comes
in the SBach 342 version also and different color schemes. I've posted a few
photos below and if anyone would like more info I'll post more as
it goes together.

Bland

I forgot to mention the cost was about $100.00 less than a Pilot model same size.
It was on sale along with the coupon.

I have the same plane in orange, Aerobeez stocks the same planes Peakmodel sells. I bought mine from Peak last year, good quality wood, covering and hardware. I am using a DLE 30 which seems to be plenty of power for this plane, ready to fly (dry) weight is about 10 1/2 lbs. I found a matching cf Sbach spinner on Ebay for $34 shipped. Unfortunately, on my last flight the plane flipped over while landing and the canopy was cracked. I taped it inside and it looks flyable but it does not look that good. I emailed Peakmodel and they do sell a replacement canopy for $110 shipped. They say it's not so much the price of the canopy but the shipping that makes it so outrageously expensive. Good luck.

Planesclothes,

Thanks for the input , I've finish the build except for fitting the cowl.
Went together pretty easy with minor problems. The pull-pull rudder
set up should cross but not clear in the manual.
