Bill. I got your email through my site and replied but it wouldn't go through..
We have a drill guide avaialable. The bolt pattern is the same as a DLE 30 but the screw hole size is about 1mm larger, thanks!

it's easier just to measure the distance from hloe to hole, then divide that by half.then go from your center line out with that measurment.

Chad,

Thanks, I need to order a few more things from you. It looked bigger than the DLE 30.

Thanks,
Bill

Hi Chad, I was looking through your website and I noticed that there is a 55 with electric start included. Do you have any videos of that in operation? What kind of electronics does the starter system require? 3S Lipo?

Ah, so you have to buy the starter separately?

Take a stroll through the 'other site' and look for the EME Engines thread. You will see that 120's are still being used and users are satisfied.

I put a 120 on my Pawnee. I wasn't excited about it at first, I was having problems with it surging at idle and just being a bear to start. I called Tail Dragger (where I had bought mine but would expect the same service from Mile High) and he sent me a carb.

I replaced the carb and it was a different engine! I took apart the original carb and there were machine debris all over the inside passages and the micro filter.

Now it pops after a couple flips, fires in another flip or two, and pulls stumps with a 28x9 wide Falcon Carbon prop.

Cool EME ENGINES High Quality

These are high quality engines! I personally have never had one to fail. I have 4 in planes now and all run like a champ. Check out the prices at FierceTigerRC.com in the USA

Much like DLE, DL, DA etc. these EME engines have evolved since inception. Like other engines, they have gotten much better in the past few years, to where they are today, HQ!. Remember back when other Gas Engines first started out?

Default EME 35, 55 & 60cc with Auto Starter are the Cats Meowww!

Check Out at

The reasons I use the Auto Starter on my Gas Engines

1. Safety first, no more flipping with the fingers or chicken stick
2. Quick and easy, spot my on plane while starting
3. Just "plane" cool. Receives loads of attention at the field

So, it's been 2 years since the last posting!

Im thinking of buying a 120 twin to put in a 19kg scale model. Does anyone have anything to report about using these engines over the last couple of years. .?

I have still been using EME 60 and EME 55 in 60cc size warbirds for about three years now. No issues to date. I am also still using the auto-starter. Grease the gears as manual suggest and no issues to date. I use no other 2-cylinder engine.

I have the 120 in a H9 Extra 300. I have had no issues with the engine at all. Would I buy another one?
Yes, great value

Thanks for the feedback. I am going for it very soon. Do EME engines come with a prop drill jig?
