I was thinking of building this and hanging a TGY 30cc on it from hobby king. Another idea might be to beef it up a bit and go with the TGY 52cc as I have one and like the way it runs but not sure how it will do on a cub. I have seen some videos of guys with SPAD Cubs that are in the 40cc range.

Any thoughts would be appreciated!

I have decided to give it a go! I have a 50cc I plan to use and have already started on the fuse and spar. I will start a second build thread to detail the construction. I do plan to modify the plans a bit as almost all SPAD builders do!

Here is the link to my build, it is very loosely based on the instructables build. Mine is closer to 1/4 scale and I have added and subtracted here and there.
