Default P60 not running at max RPM

I have just bought an used P60. Running hour:14

The engine slows down to aprox 145000rpmwhen the "Pump Parameter Stored" are finish. It runs @ 165000rpm only a second, after increasing to max rpm, prior to "Pump Parameter Stored"
Max temp never above 560`C
Temp whilst@ 145000rpm; 460`C
Max pump voltage: 2,5V (during the second it allows to be running @ 165000). 2,3V-2,4V whilst running at 145000rpm
GSU shows innput from RC: 165000rpm/100%
Radio; 14MZ
Failsafe enable i.e. ATV on throttle: 75%
Aux ch enabled, 3 point switch
Battery checked ok: LiPo 2S 6,6Ah
Fuel filter checked ok

I tried to set Throttle response to "Fast", then the engine stuttered, no luck there!
I pinched the fuel line whilst running at "max" 145000rpm, the rpm slowed down. I then released the pinch, and the rpm quickly increased to 145000rpm.
I can however "trick" the engine to follow up to 152000rpm when slowly increase the throttle, but above 152000rpm it slows down to 145000rpm again! The "trick" can be repeated if throttled down to aprox 80-90000rpm.

Please anyone, can you help me with an idea? Or magic trix?

While at idle, hold the manual key. SLOWLY accelerate the turbine to full (take at least 10 seconds to make the transition)

Leave the turbine running at full power for about 20-30 seconds. Release the key and return to idle. This will reset the PID loops and let the turbine go to full RPM

Default RE: P60 not running at max RPM

I have tried your suggestion, an it did not work! This due to nev version on ECU: 6,0

I did reset the ECU according to manual, and here are the following result:

Learned RC
Calibrated temp at aprox 21`C

The engine revs up to 152000-156000rpm slowing down to 146000 in about 5-10 second.
It never reaches "Pump Parameter Stored" at full throttle.
Whilst running @ 152000rpm the fuel pump voltage is at 1,9-2,0V

Whilst fullthrottle innput, engine running@ 152000rpm, I pushed "Maual" button. Increasing pump voltage to 2,5V. Then the engine slows down to aprox 135-140000rpm. Increasing to aprox 147000rpm when relased and pump voltage returns to 1,9-2,0V

Throttle response set to "Fast" as default, and no stuttering as earlier!

All fuel line checked againan found OK

Please advice me on further action.

Sorry to interrupt guys, but shouldn't the maximum pump voltage be about 4.0volts?

for a P60 it should run about 1.7v depending on fuel system.

try taking it to full power and let it stabilize, then press and hold manual key and hold for about 30 seconds and see if the 'storing pump param' message flashes.

Try another fuel pump or clean the brushes on this one if all else fails.

Thanks for clearing that up KC, I don't know a lot about the P60, but on my old P80 and 120 its about 4.0V max.

Im sorry for not update on this thread!

I recieved the P60 after repair from JetCat Germany. They claimed I had done some DIY fix on the engine! :-(
Damaged compressor wheel +++++
I tracked down the history; service performed by dealer, charged $1000 for the "damage". The owner believed JetCat had done the service!

I got full and greate service from JetCat (Udo)!
I learned a lesson!

The P60 has performed perfect up to this date! :-)
