Hanger 9 Twin Otter
I have one of these and the top hatch is missing. I cant seem to find one online. Does anyone have one they can snap a picture of, and tell me what it is made from? My guess is plastic same as the other hatches are. It is all ready to maiden, but want to get the top hatch done just in case, dont know how well it would fly with a huge hole in its roof.

Mine is made of plastic. There's no reason you couldn't make one of balsa or light ply though. I used some Dubro latches to do away with the screws.
Good flying,

I think it is 1/16" or 3/32. whatever fits to the tabs that the screws go into. It has a slight bow so you may need to make a rib or two for the shape to match.
